Law is still in demand for the students who want to avail a professional degree, as professional market demand for degree holder is increasing in Gujarat. Gujarat does not have enough Integrated Law colleges as compared to other states of country. Integrated law programme caters to this demand and enables the student to explore the opportunities.
Khyati Institute of Integrated Law will focus on providing academic and practical training to students pursuing in Law. In an ever increasing competitive world, Khyati College has adopted a teaching methodology of legal education along with co-curricular activities. We provide Education in form of moot courts, mock trials to make the students more articulate, so that they have command and fluency over language. Court etiquettes which are developed through the moot court practice keep them ahead of everyone when they enter the profession as lawyers etc.
Khyati Institute of Integrated Law wants to be centre of excellence in field of Legal education by adopting modern teaching and training techniques. To make Law Graduates capable of pursuing a carrier at Bar, competing for Judicial Services, Defense services and placement in corporate including multi- nationals. Educate students for the changing needs of the society by making them good professionals.
The College offers 5 years Integrated Law course. On the successful completion of 5year course, the student is eligible for 5years Integrated law Degree awarded by Gujarat University.
SSC Examination (Std. X) Mark-sheet.
HSC Examination (Std. XII) Mark-sheet.
School Leaving Certificate, Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate.
Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC), issued by the authority empowered by the Gujarat State Government in this behalf.
Non Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, issued after 1st April of the current academic year, by the authority empowered by the State of Gujarat in this behalf.
Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/ competent Medical Authority, in case of a Physically Handicapped candidate.
Candidate has to submit other certificates if required for the confirmation of admission.
A candidate who has passed the HSC at the first attempt with minimum 45 % of marks or equivalent grade conducted by the Board shall be eligible. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) will be given exemption of 5 % from the above criteria. (Minimum 40% for the candidates of SC and ST categories).
